Hazel Grundeland, 99, of Wheat Ridge, a sales clerk, died Wednesday in Wheat Ridge. Services will be at 9 a.m. Monday at Olinger Crown Hill Mortuary, 7777 W. 29th Ave. Interment will be in Calmer, Iowa.

She was born Nov. 22, 1901, in Calmer. On Dec. 17, 1924, she married Fred Grundeland in Calmer. He died Nov. 25, 1936. She was a member of Emmaus Lutheran Church and organizations of the church.

Marie E. Muller, 70, of Rapid City, S.D., died on Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at Rapid City Regional Hospital surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer and COPD.

She was born Sept. 7, 1938, to Arnold and Evelyn (Hermanson) Erickson in Mabel. She had seven brothers and two sisters.

Mrs. Muller enjoyed spending time with family and friends, rummage sales and the lottery.

She is survived by her children, Bobby and Kathy Muller, Rhonda Muller and Dale Cummings, David and Debbie Muller; grandchildren, Dale Muller, Shari and Rick Trujillo, Misty and Kevin Huls and Elizabeth Muller; great-grandchildren, Xavier Muller, Zoe Muller and Natalie Trujillo.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert; her parents and five brothers.

Funeral services were held on Monday at Behrens-Wilson Funeral Home in Rapid City, S.D., with the Rev. Bruce Baum officiating. Interment was in Mt. View Cemetery.

Donna Hoiland Mrs. Donna Hoiland, age 73 of Cedar Bluff, VA died Friday, November 12, 2010 in a Tazewell, VA hospital following a brief illness. A native of Idaho she was the daughter of the late Doad and Madie Strait Thomas. She was baptized in the Jehovah Witness faith in 1965 and belonged to the Jehovah Witness Congregation at Tazewell, VA since 1977. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers and four sisters. She is survived by her husband, Robert W. Hoiland, one daughter, Nancy Carlson of Tazewell, VA; one son Robert W. Hoiland, Jr. of Cedar Bluff, VA; a grandson Alex Carlson and a granddaughter, Brittany Carlson A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 20, 2010 at 2 P.M. at the Singleton Funeral Service Chapel in Cedar Bluff with Elder Kermit Fowler, Jr. officiating.
